Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

Your item must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Email support@ciriel.co.uk before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if it is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions

Personalised, perishable, hazardous or personal-care goods may not be returnable. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned unless required by law.

UK cancellation right

Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including the 14-day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method, normally within ten working days. Bank processing times may vary.
